About Safe Havens

Safer businesses, built on shared intelligence.

The Safe Havens Console is a single place for Safe Havens staff, members and partners to log visits, share concerns, coordinate patrols and turn day-to-day activity into actionable intelligence.

Safe Havens Staff

Log member visits, record engagement types, flag issues and track agreed actions.

Safe Havens Members

Raise concerns, request support, submit intelligence and report incidents in one place.

Safe Havens Partners

Business districts

See member engagement, emerging issues and patrol activity across a shared intelligence picture.

Our approach

  • One capture workflow. Staff visits, member concerns, partner patrols and Safe Haven reports all feed the same data model and dashboards.
  • Geolocated by default. Every record has a location, so patterns, hotspots and patrol gaps are visible on the map.
  • Intelligence-led. Safe Havens summaries, trends, repeat-business alerts and tasking help prioritise where Safe Havens directs support.
  • Private where it matters. Sensitive submissions can be flagged and handled with appropriate access controls.

Safe Havens analysis

Safe Havens analysis summarises member-engagement trends, surfaces emerging business-district issues and drafts briefings for Safe Havens staff and partners — all from live operational data.

GIS interoperability

Safe Havens Console is GIS-agnostic. Every report is stored with latitude, longitude and address and can be pulled into CARTO, ArcGIS, QGIS or any standards-based platform via open exports:

Authorised organisations can also configure automatic push to their own CARTO SQL API or ArcGIS Feature Service under Integrations. Safe Havens Console works fully standalone if no GIS is connected.
